Description of the training
Learn to develop your flexibility by pushing your limits while respecting your body.
With more than 15 years of experience in my practice of dance, yoga, circus arts, martial arts, and Thai massage, I offer you a progressive program, accessible to all levels, and targeted on each part from the body.
By integrating them into your lifestyle, your stretching program will now be a real ritual combining pleasure.
It will bring you more mobility, soothe your stress and your tensions , allow you more ease in your other physical activities.
Program content
3 months of intensive program with:
- 1 global warm-up video
- 1 warm-up video to start each week and launch each theme
- 5 videos/ week, targeted on a part of the body
- 1 video/week of stretching exercises for two with Thai massage techniques.
Themes:
• 1st module (neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, back, chest, hips)
• 2nd module : Lower body (feet, ankles, calves, glutes, hips, adductors, psoas, quadri...)
• 3rd module : Closing posture (to touch your feet), win your splits (lateral and facial), practice a stretching routine to relax.
IN TOTAL :
82 videos to limber up from head to toe, where I practice with you and guides you in your practice!
